PLEASE DO NOT TEXT OR USE SOCIAL MEDIA TO CANCEL, IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. 30 days prior to your next payment, please submit in writing your cancellation notice. To cancel membership and automatic payments: email maxfieldtraining@gmail.com. Failure to give 30 days notice may result in being charged again. Really, all we ask is that you give us plenty of notice to get the membership cancelled before your next payment is due. Emails are processed between 11:00am-5:00PM M-F. All holidays observed. 

Let it be known that once your autopayments with Maxfield Athletics and Training LLC are cancelled, MINDBODY still retains your personal information including your card info. Your information is still protected under our privacy policy and besides MINDBODY, we will never share your information with anyone. Click below for  instructions to have MINDBODY forget your information (note: your info will also then be deleted from Maxfield, so if your a paying member, you cant have MINDBODY forget your info).
